Introduction

During our first meeting with the Vision Group (“the Group”), Ron provided us with a complete package of information about the neighborhoods and the history and current state of the local real estate market. We were very impressed with his organization and attention to detail. This experience built the foundation of our relationship.

Finding the Right House

Our schedule is the type which may change at any moment. Ron and Victor were very patient as we tried to find the house we had hoped for. As soon as they had ascertained what we were looking for, they were easy to contact and quick to respond to our requests about houses we had seen on Clean Offer.

The Contract Negotiating Process

Ron and Victor were willing to take the hard line we wanted to take during our negotiating process. They steered us in the right direction, and were ready-to-go – even late into the night – to make sure our contract negotiation was successful. They were great diplomats when working with the sellers’ agent, and provided us with exactly what we wanted – a signed agreement.

Escrow

As we hadn’t purchased a home before, we were surprised by the amount of paperwork which comes with purchasing a home. Nick and the rest of the team were incredibly helpful in not only making sure this paperwork was signed and delivered, but provided us with a specific timeline to ensure that the house we wanted didn’t slip away.

Inspections

The Group recommended specific inspectors, organized times, and one member of the Group was even present for each inspection. It was calming to know that when we couldn’t make an appointment, someone else would be there to represent us.

Close of Escrow

The day we closed Escrow, we were actually on vacation. This may show the trust level built during this process.

Moving In

When we had our new home, we still had the issue of working with the sellers (now our new tenants.) The Vision Group stayed with us, and organized every time we had to visit the house, be it with the painters, movers, or cable guys. They were with us until the last day, and it made the transition so much easier.
